However, the biggest problem that is linked to a majority of bodybuilders is that they do not cover up. My question is that why others should suffer because of you. Why should they smell your armpit during their workout? So dress properly
  • Drink plenty of water before, during and after every session. Otherwise, also it is a very good habit to drink water.
