Remember that you are about to give life to a new human being! This is something totally amazing. Therefore, you deserve rest. Don’t you? You can ask your health care provider about the different exercises that can be performed during pregnancy. You can go for a mild walk with someone (never go alone). Never involve yourself in some severe exercises or the ones that are related with your tummy. Avoid heavy lift ups.
